# `scroll`

Scrolls its content.

| Prop | Type | |

| `axis` | `Axis` | Which way it scrolls: `vertical` (the default), `horizontal` (its children in a row; a wheel without a sideways motion scrolls it when no scroll around it can move along y) or `both`. A touchpad gesture keeps the axis its first motion took until the fingers lift. |
| `snap` | `bool` | A wheel step or a touchpad's lift settles with a child's start at the view's start (the end of the content too): one wheel notch moves to the next child, and a fling lands on the child nearest where it would have stopped. |
