`outputs`

The monitors' configuration, from the compositor's zwlr_output_manager_v1 (wlr-output-management: sway, Hyprland, niri, labwc): every output, on or off, with its modes, place, scale and rotation, changed together with outputs.apply and checked first with outputs.test.

`all`	`[Output]`	Every output, on or off, keyed by `name`.
`available`	`bool`	The compositor offers output configuration: false without it, when `apply` and `test` fail with `outputs.failed`.

Method
`action apply(changes: [OutputChange])`	Applies `changes` together, as one configuration: each names an output and what to change on it, and outputs not named keep theirs (`on click { outputs.apply([OutputChange(name: "DP-1", scale: 1.5)]) }`). `outputs.succeeded("apply")` or `outputs.failed("apply", error)` follows.
`action test(changes: [OutputChange])`	Asks the compositor whether `changes` would apply, changing nothing: `outputs.succeeded("test")` or `outputs.failed("test", error)` follows. A tested configuration may still fail to apply.

Event
`on outputs.succeeded(action: text)`	The compositor took a configuration: `on outputs.succeeded(action) { … }`, `action` as written (`"apply"` or `"test"`).
`on outputs.failed(action: text, error: text)`	A configuration failed: the compositor refused it (a mode the monitor cannot show), it named no output or an impossible value, or the compositor offers no output configuration: `on outputs.failed(action, error) { … }`.
